Shipping rate differs based on weight and destinations. The cart will automatically generate a shipping quote for you.

WE USE ROYAL MAIL

We are currently using Royal Mail's service since it's cost effective and reliable.

For orders less than 4 pairs of tights, we use 1st class service (within UK) and international standard service overseas. 

For orders more than 4 pairs of tights, we use signed for 1st class service (within UK) and International Tracked service overseas.

Royal Mail aims to deliver international parcels on time; however, occasionally it may take longer.

If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in your dispatch notification email, please contact us.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email indication of when the item will be delivered to your address. If your order is delivered using a tracked service, a link to the tracking information will also be included. 

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days. If you haven't received the email confirming your parcel has been dispatched, please inform us.
